Thanks man! I use BIAS FX as my main amp modeller, and for this song I believe I used a custom hi gain amp model with a 4x12 treadplate cab with a bunch of fx (basic screamer distortion pedal, somewhat heavy compression, eq)

I sat with my guitar on my awkwardly armed computer desk chair with my unusually lowered Rode NT1-A sitting about 3 inches from where I pluck the strings.

What I mean is, nothing special, just a good mic methinks. :)

Rob the man! Glad you enjoyed it pal, a lot of different synths here actually, Pro 53 sounds with Z3ta synths etc. You should check em out, tons of retro sounds in Native Instruments Pro 53!
